ECU HealthNow offers you access to virtual care from a board-certified provider to treat any non-emergency medical conditions. You can receive this care whether you are at home, at the office or on the go. ECU HealthNow providers can diagnose your symptoms, prescribe medication and send prescriptions to your pharmacy of choice.

Behavioral Health services are also available through ECU HealthNow. These services are available to you and your eligible dependents (ages 10 and up) who are covered under the medical plan. This is a good time to lean into any of the following types of services, including getting help navigating:

Is ECU HealthNow designed to handle emergencies?
No. ECU HealthNow is designed to handle non-emergency medical issues. And, while ECU HealthNow is not intended to replace your primary care provider for common or chronic conditions, a virtual provider appointment can sometimes be an appropriate substitute for a visit to a provider’s office, urgent care or emergency room visit.
