How to Enroll
Enroll in or change your benefits to take advantage of the inclusive benefits offered by ECU Health.
You can enroll and/or change your ECU Health benefits using the bswift enrollment platform:
- Visit myhr.ECUHealth.org and enter your user ID (employee ID number) and password.
- Select the Benefits Enrollment tile (with bswift logo).
- Enter your ECU Health email address and Employee Self Service password.
- Then, select “Visit the Enrollment Center” and start electing benefits for you and your dependents.
- Double-check that your benefits selections are correct.
- Your selections are complete once you click the “Complete Enrollment” button.
- Don’t forget to designate your beneficiaries (or review and update your beneficiaries) while on the bswift enrollment platform.
Keep in mind
- If you don’t make changes during Annual Enrollment, your current benefits elections will roll over into the next year, except your Health Savings Account (HSA) elections, Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Dependent Care FSA elections, which must be reelected each year if you wish to participate in the account.
- New hires must enroll within 30 calendar days of their start date. Newly benefits-eligible team members must enroll within 30 calendar days of the date they become benefits eligible.
- Don’t want benefits? You still need to log in and assign beneficiaries.
- Once benefits elections have been submitted, changes cannot be made until the next Annual Enrollment period, unless you experience a Qualified Life Event (QLE).
- If your spouse or dependent is an ECU Health team member, check your current benefits to avoid duplicate coverage. You’re not eligible for spousal or child life insurance in this case.
Is your address up to date?
Keep your address up to date through Employee Self Service. Visit myhr.ECUHealth.org and click on the Personal Details tile, then the Address tile.
