Team Share Incentive Plan

ECU Health works as a team to focus on strategic goals and operational imperatives that impact patients, team members and communities. All team members play a role in the organization’s success.

The Team Share Incentive Plan is ECU Health’s annual program that financially rewards team members for their collective work throughout the year that leads to the system meeting or exceeding the organization’s goals. These goals typically look at quality, experience and financial metrics.

If the annual goal is met, ECU Health team members are eligible for a bonus payment, typically awarded in mid-December.
