Total Reward Statements
Total Rewards statements are personalized statements of your total compensation package, including earnings as well as benefits we provide for you and your eligible dependents within the calendar year.
Each statement also provides a summary of additional resources available to you, including voluntary benefits, wellness, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), appreciation activities, career development, tuition assistance and more.
Total Rewards statements are mailed out each spring, after W-2 statements are available.
