Is your spouse, domestic partner or child losing or gaining benefits coverage elsewhere? We have all the details on what you need to consider when it comes to your ECU Health benefits.
You have 30 days from when the dependent loses or gains benefits coverage elsewhere to add or drop the dependent to/from your ECU Health benefits.
Within 30 days of losing or gaining benefits coverage elsewhere
- Review your ECU Health benefits and add or drop your dependent from your current benefits coverage.
- To make a change to your benefits following a Qualified Life Event, visit the Employee Self Service page and select the Benefits Enrollment tile (with the bswift logo), log in, then click on “Birth, Marriage or other Life Event” under Common Actions.
At any time
- While on the enrollment platform (bswift), update your beneficiaries, if needed.
- Seek support for everyday challenges or serious issues through ECU HealthNow teletherapy service at members.mdlive.com/ecuhealth/landing_home.
