ECU Health Employee Pharmacy
The ECU Health Employee Pharmacy provides convenient, confidential and quality pharmacy services for all ECU Health team members and dependents covered by an ECU Health medical plan. It also provides discounts on prescription medications, over-the-counter medications and personal care products.
Using the Employee Pharmacy
It’s easy to use the Employee Pharmacy. Simply ask your provider to send your prescription to the Employee Pharmacy.
Know before you go
Prescription Ready Notifications let you know when your prescription is ready for pickup. You can enroll in these notifications by calling the pharmacy and letting them know you’d like to enroll.
Don’t Live in Greenville? No Problem!
If you work outside of Greenville, you can still access the convenience and savings of the Employee Pharmacy. You can pick up your medication at the pharmacy or choose to have our courier service deliver your medication to the hospital closest to you.
To use the courier service, contact the Employee Pharmacy at 252-847-4311 and let them know you would like to use this service.

Your Employee Pharmacy Benefits

* If the cost is less than the copay, you pay the cost.
- You pay 15% coinsurance if the prescription’s cost is $300 or more for a 30-day fill
- Pharmacy copays differ if prescriptions are filled at an outside pharmacy
- Individual out-of-pocket maximum — $2,500
- Family out-of-pocket maximum — $5,000
- Employees enrolled in the High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) will pay their deductible first and then pay 10% coinsurance at the Employee Pharmacy (or 20% coinsurance at a retail pharmacy)

Judi Rx, formerly known as Capital Rx, is our Pharmacy Benefit Manager. Judi Rx sets the formulary and determines the preferred and non-preferred brand classifications. The formulary may be updated quarterly by Judi Rx.

- Visit app.cap-rx.com/register.
- Fill in your personal information and click Validate.
- Complete the credentials form and click Create Account.
- Check your email and locate your verification code sent by Judi Rx.
- Enter your verification code to validate your email address.
