Claim your $75 Wellness Benefit. If you’re enrolled in a Voya voluntary benefit plan and complete an eligible health screening, be sure to submit a claim to receive your $75 Wellness Benefit.

Maximum reimbursement amounts are up to $5,000 for 2026, depending on the degree.
